Our Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products.
- 33MB will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when the order is postmarked for return within 30-days from delivery. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the order Invoice and the original shoe box.
- 33MB reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be granted.
- A direct exchange can only be facilitated for a different size of the same style, or for another item of the exact same value. An exchange is subject to availability of the requested item at the time of processing and we will do our best to ensure your request is satisfied. Should the requested item not be available to fulfill your exchange, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

How to proceed
All products need to be returned in their original state and with the original packaging.
Please follow these steps to return/exchange your online order:
- Please log into your account and you should be able to see your order.
- Select Return and we will process your return and send you a label.
- If you require an exchange, please note it in the comments and provide us with your exchange model and size. We will process your exchange accordingly.
- Once your request received, you will receive a confirmation email on the address used for the order. Print the prepaid label.
- Stick your prepaid label on your shipping box.
- Drop your box at a local pick-up location.
- All exchanges and returns will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the return request.
- Please log into your account and you should be able to see your order.

How long does it take for my refund to be issued ?
A refund is issued within 14 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. Contingent on your bank, it may take additional business days for the credit to post to your account.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We strongly advise all customers to check merchandise thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging. If you notice a defect or damage on your merchandise, please contact us immediately at info@33MBofficial.com. In order to assess a claim, we will need photos of the damaged item and/or the original packaging.

Are Returns and Exchanges free?
Yes, there is no restocking fee, and we happily provide you with a prepaid return label. If you have issues with creating a return, please contact our team at info@33MBofficial.com. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery date.
