Our Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products.
- 33MB will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when the order is postmarked for return within 30-days from delivery. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the order Invoice and the original shoe box.
- 33MB reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be granted.
- A direct exchange can only be facilitated for a different size of the same style, or for another item of the exact same value. An exchange is subject to availability of the requested item at the time of processing and we will do our best to ensure your request is satisfied. Should the requested item not be available to fulfill your exchange, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

How to proceed
All products need to be returned in their original state and with the original packaging.
Please follow these steps to return/exchange your online order:
- Please contact returns@33MBofficial.com with your order number and whether it is a return or an exchange.
- To Exchange for a different item or size, let us know which model and size you require. Please note, Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Once submitted, a confirmation will be sent to the email address on the original purchase. Download and Print the pre-paid return label.
- Affix the label to your Shipping Box.
- Drop your package off at a local location and obtain a receipt with a copy of the tracking number.
- Refunds or Exchanges will be processed within 14 business days of the return check-in date.

How long does it take for my refund to be issued ?
A refund is issued within 14 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. Contingent on your bank, it may take additional business days for the credit to post to your account.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We strongly advise all customers to check merchandise thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging. If you notice a defect or damage on your merchandise, please contact us immediately at returns@33MBofficial.com. In order to assess a claim, we will need photos of the damaged item and/or the original packaging.

Are Returns and Exchanges free?
Yes, there is no restocking fee, and we happily provide you with a prepaid return label. If you have issues with creating a return, please contact our team at returns@33MBofficial.com. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery date.
