33MB will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when the order is postmarked for return within 30-days from delivery. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the order Invoice and the original shoe box.

33MB reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be granted.

A direct exchange can only be facilitated for a different size of the same style, or for another item of the exact same value. An exchange is subject to availability of the requested item at the time of processing and we will do our best to ensure your request is satisfied. Our urban casual design has been tried and tested by multiple brands. Our sneakers run slightly smaller than the standard European sizes (roughly half a size). To check your size please measure your feet and use our size guide here to choose your best fit.

Caring before repairing is key.

• Use a water-repellent spray before the first use.
• To extend the life-span of your shoes, repeat this process regularly (every 6 month is usually recommended).
• It is also recommended to shine your leather shoes with nourishing specialized products on a regular basis, to add a layer of protection and keep the leather soft and supple.
• Clean your shoes with a soft brush or cloth and soap or specialized cleaning products to remove dirt and debris without damaging the material.
• Do not put your leather shoes in the washing machine and do not soak them in water or any other liquid.
• Avoid any harsh chemicals (acetone, rubbing alcohol, salt,...) on the leather as it will damage it.
• Do not use any harsh tools (hard brush, suede rubber,...) on the design.
