Practical Information

33MB will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when the order is postmarked for return within 30-days from delivery. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the order Invoice and the original shoe box.

33MB reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be granted.

A direct exchange can only be facilitated for a different size of the same style, or for another item of the exact same value. An exchange is subject to availability of the requested item at the time of processing and we will do our best to ensure your request is satisfied. Should the requested item not be available to fulfill your exchange, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. For more information.

Our urban casual design has been tried and tested by multiple brands. Our sneakers run slightly smaller than the standard European sizes (roughly half a size). To check your size please measure your feet and use our size guide here to choose your best fit.

Caring before repairing is key.

• Protect with a water-repellent spray before the first use.
• Please repeat this process on a regular basis - 6 months in average is recommended.
• Do not put your leather or suede shoes in a washing machine or soaking in water or any other liquid.
• Use a soft brush regularly to clean and remove dirt and debris without damaging the material.
• Only clean the Zero Gravity design with a light brush or soft cloth as any rubber or harsh brushing might damage them.
