Shipping and Delivery
- Are you delivering in all countries? We are delivering to most countries inc. all EU countries, UK, USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan...
- Is Shipping free in all countries? Yes Shipping is free all countries we are delivering to.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do offer international shipping! International shipping times vary depending on your location.
We take care of all additional taxes and duties. However, please note that some banks charge foreign transaction fees, which 33MB does not assume responsibility for. - When will I receive my order? We have a fulfillment time of 1-2 business days once an order is placed. Once your order is fulfilled it’s ready to ship, and the shipping time begins once the package is picked up by the carrier. Pick-up typically occurs the day after fulfillment is complete. Orders do not fulfill or ship on Saturday, Sunday, or French holidays. As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. For shipments outside the EU, we are bound to the customs additional processing time and will let you know when you can expect your order as soon as we can.
- What shipping methods do you offer? We offer free ground shipping within the European union. Delivery usually takes 1-5 business days once shipped. Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not offer express delivery options, but if you are in a hurry, please contact us at info@33MBofficial.com.
- How can I track my order? You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order ships. The shipment confirmation email will include a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours before tracking your order.
- I have not received my order what can I do? Please email us at info@33MBofficial.com within 30 days of the date of your order. Unfortunately, passed the 30 days we won't be able to help you.
- Where are you shipping from? We ship all our products from France, for now.
- Is my package insured? Yes. The carriers chosen all provide shipping insurance.

- What type of payment do you accept? All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal are accepted.
- Are payments secured? Yes, payments are 100% Secured. 33MB Official's checkout is powered by Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance covers all six PCI standard categories: maintaining a secure network, protecting cardholder data, maintaining a vulnerability management program, implementing strong access control measures, regularly monitoring and testing networks, and maintaining an information security policy.
- Are taxes and customs costs included? Yes, all prices include taxes and customs.
My Order
- Can I cancel an order? Unfortunately, for now, you cannot cancel an order on the site. You will need to send your order back to us - check our return process here. If you accidentally placed an order, please contact us at info@33MBofficial.com.
- Can I change my order? We cannot make changes to your order after it has been placed. If you accidentally placed an order and would like to return it, please email us at return@33MBofficial.com.
- Can I change my shipping address? We cannot change shipping addresses after orders are placed. If you accidentally placed an order with the wrong address, please email us at info@33MBofficial.com.
- Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account will make checking out easier in the future and we will keep you updated on product launches. Just allow the site to save your information at check-out.
- The product I want is out of stock in my size. Will it be restocked? To add yourself to the waitlist, email info@33MBofficial.com or message us through our live chat,
- How do I add myself to the waitlist for a sold-out style? To get on the waitlist for a product restock, email info@33MBofficial.com or message us through our live chat. Include your name, shoe size, and the name of the style you are interested in. We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm that you’ve been added to the waitlist.
- How do I know you received my order? You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
- My order arrived damaged what can I do? Please contact returns@33MBofficial.com within 30 days of reception.
Return Policy
- 33MB will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when the order is postmarked for return within 30-days from delivery. All products must be returned with their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. All returns are free of charge.
- 33MB reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be granted.
- A direct exchange can only be facilitated for a different size of the same style, or for another item of the exact same value. An exchange is subject to availability of the requested item at the time of processing and we will do our best to ensure your request is satisfied. Should the requested item not be available to fulfill your exchange, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
- When will I be refunded? After your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow three to five business days for our warehouse team to process it. Once your return is processed, your refund will be released to your original payment method and we will send you an email confirming the refund.
Refunds will usually appear on your bank statement within 24 hours, but it can take 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider’s standard processing time.

Product Care
Care for them and they will last longer.
Caring before repairing is key.
- Use a water-repellent spray before the first use.
- To extend the life-span of your shoes, repeat this process regularly (every 6 month is usually recommended).
- It is also recommended to shine your leather shoes with nourishing specialized products on a regular basis, to add a layer of protection and keep the leather soft and supple.
- Clean your shoes with a soft brush or cloth and soap or specialized cleaning products to remove dirt and debris without damaging the material.
- Do not put your leather shoes in the washing machine and do not soak them in water or any other liquid.
- Avoid any harsh chemicals (acetone, rubbing alcohol, salt,...) on the leather as it will damage it.
- Do not use any harsh tools (hard brush, suede rubber,...) on the design.
